DR. GARTNER
Dr. Gartner is in excellent standing and is DOUBLE-BOARD CERTIFIED by the American Board
of Surgery AND the American Board of Plastic Surgery! With medical licenses to practice in
both New Jersey and New York, Dr. Gartner approaches each patient with the highest level
of care and professionalism. Dr. Gartner has numerous publications in medical
journals and textbooks having given presentations nationally. He continues to study new
methods in plastic and reconstructive surgery with special interest in Cosmetic and Hand
surgery. Dr. Michael C. Gartner obtained his medical degree from University of Medicine
and Dentistry of New Jersey. He completed his General Surgery Residency at Monmouth
Medical Center, New Jersey. Dr. Gartner then received his advanced training in Plastic and
Reconstructive Surgery at Nassau University Medical Center, New York, where he also served
as Chief Resident. He then pursued an additional year of Fellowship training in Hand and
Microsurgery at Thomas Jefferson University Hospital, Philadelphia. Dr. Gartner is fully
trained in all aspects of cosmetic plastic surgery enhancement. He specializes in the most
advanced minimal scarring techniques which give you the quickest recovery. Dr. Gartner is
one of a few plastic surgeons in the country who perform scar-less breast augmentation
